cWhen I started my diet about 12 months ago I decided I would keep track of my weight lose on my PC. I searched Google for different kinds of software and tried lots of programs but found they either did not work very well or were so complicated you would need a month or so just to get to grips with the basics. I found many had hidden costs, even ones that advertised as free!
I decided that I would Create my own program, as I was into programming anyway, and the result is what I have called My Diet Diary. Its a program you download and then install on your PC.
The program is totally free and I Hope it proves as useful to you as it did to me.
